You want to be able to promote an impactful keynote speaker to help sell out your event. And you want your audience to get an inspiring message that will generate rave reviews. Along the way, you wouldn’t mind getting additional press coverage for your event and organization. And you would like to accomplish all this cost-effectively.
Our Professional Speaking Services feature Thomas Brooks. During his 20+ year career as a thought leader on topics including leadership, marketing, success and diversity, Brooks has addressed a multitude of clients ranging from major corporations to universities to adoption agencies.
We deliver motivating keynotes for companies, small businesses, professional organizations, conference attendees, universities, adoption & foster care agencies, religious groups, and high school commencements so your audience has an amazing experience.
Our Speaking Services typically focus on one of the following areas, which can be tailored to your audience:
Diversity and Inclusion – Leveraging his books and career experiences, Thomas Brooks is available to speak to your company, university or organization about diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion. This session can be structured as a speech or a hands-on interactive workshop.
Leadership – As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
Overcoming Racism and Poverty Thru Education and Entrepreneurship – Thomas grew up as the only child of a struggling single mother in inner-city Pittsburgh, battling racial stereotypes at school. He went on to become his high school’s valedictorian, earn an Electrical Engineering Degree and an MBA to jump start his successful career.
Adoption, Reunion and Family Heritage – Based on his award-winning book, A Wealth of Family, Thomas is able to speak to your adoption or foster care fundraiser audience, book club, company, professional organization, religious group or other entity about his adoption, reunion and heritage.
Alpha Multimedia founder Thomas Brooks has over 20 years of marketing and public speaking experience. Thomas has been featured in articles, on the radio, and on TV. His first book, A Wealth of Family: An Adopted Son's International Quest for Heritage, Reunion, and Enrichment, won a ‘Best Book’ award from USA Book News and was an Amazon best seller in the categories of African-American Studies and Adoption. His second book will launch in Fall 2020.
A Wealth of Family, an inspiring account of adoption, reunion, and family heritage from Thomas Brooks, provides a timely and provocative perspective on multicultural families and powerful insights on overcoming racism and poverty.
Brooks grew up as the only child of a struggling single mother in inner-city Pittsburgh. He was told at age eleven that he was adopted. Brooks had actually been born to a while biological mother who descended from Lithuanian Jews and a black Kenyan foreign student father.
In 26.2 Ways to Do It Now, we can see that life is a marathon, not a sprint. And a lot of people who look good at age 18 or 19 eventually hit a "wall" - like a marathoner who begins to struggle at Mile 20 - and then they are not in good condition once they reach their late twenties. To extend the metaphor, in both life and running, your daily course will rarely be perfect or ideal. But you can challenge yourself every day when you step up to the starting line.
Thomas Brooks provides concrete advice for those of any age, delivered thru 26.2 chapters that can each stand on their own, as part of the roadmap to hard-earned triumphs that delight your soul. Available Fall 2020.
This story shows that with love and support, adopted kids can overcome big challenges.

We’re told to just “step out of our Comfort Zone” to achieve success. In reality, that doesn’t really work. A more realistic view is to EXPAND our Comfort Zone inch-by-inch.
