It is Week 1 of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance (MKMMA) course. The “old blueprint’ is still there. I schedule time for daily course readings, but find myself ‘busy’ and not ready to do what I need to do. I feel as if I need to dig in, flatten my schedule, and defeat the old blueprint.
The Master Key – Part One is some very heady material to read. As the week has progressed, I am beginning to wrap my mind around it. I feel like I need to read it more than once per day.
I have begun to read The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Madino; it seems to be an amazing book.
Quotes from the first scroll include: “… if I must be a slave to habit, let me be a slave to good habits.”
Another quote: “…only a habit can subdue another habit.”
Another quote: “…when an act becomes easy through constant repetition it becomes a pleasure to perform and if it is a pleasure to perform it is man’s nature to perform it often.”
On another topic, I am feeling good about the current version of my written DMP (Definite Major Purpose). I am looking forward to the upcoming class on Sunday so that I can refine it.
Overall, I am feeling incredibly optimistic about my future. There is work to be done in this course and in my overall life, but I feel up to the challenge. And… as we are learning in the course… I always keep my promises!
The time is now to ‘Think and Grow Rich’.
