As I begin 2016, the greatest lap around the sun of my entire life (so far), I carry no resentments from the past. I have learned from my past, but the past will not hinder me. I forgive everyone. I ask for forgiveness from all.
I am the architect of my future self and the future reality for me and my family, and that wonderful future is pulling me forward into action.
I am reminded of the some of the words of Og Mandino in The Greatest Salesman in the World:
Thus a new and good habit is born, for when an act becomes easy through constant repetition it becomes a pleasure to perform and if it is a pleasure to perform it is man’s nature to perform it often. When I perform it often it becomes a habit and I become its slave and since it is a good habit this is my will.
What habits enable me to build a huge money-making team? First, I set appointments daily by making calls and/or having conversations using skilled words I have learned from my mentor. Secondly, I show the company business plan video during those appointments. Finally, I just collect a decision (Customer or Associate, it is their choice). All I do is repeat those three steps. It is simple. Like a basketball player with an unlimited supply of balls and no shot clock, I just keep shooting, with persistence. And my shooting percentage increases monthly, which makes it a joy to take even more shots.
The more people I talk to, the more money I make.
I am elated to be a Servant Leader who knows, goes and shows the way, and because of this I am very wealthy for life.
I have come so far already. Today I begin a new life.
It is definitely time to ‘Think and Grow Rich’.

Love the basketball analogy. Well done!
