In his autobiography, the great Ben Franklin listed his thirteen virtues. When we focus on one of his virtues, or any virtue, it becomes abundant. Anything one focuses on becomes abundant.
Some of us are working on taking initiative. Some of us are working on manifesting kindness. Some of us are focused on creativity. I see others stepping up and demonstrating courage. Another virtue is to be resolute.
I am still working on the virtue of being industrious.
Industry – Lose no time; be always employed in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions.
I have been seeing examples of industriousness all around me: the worker giving me great service at the Panda Express, the Ski Patrol here on my vacation in Park City, and the hotel worker giving extra effort to provide great service.
By being a stellar model of industriousness, my team in my network marketing business can see and follow my example. They know that they can count on me to know, go and show the way.
We reap what we sow. We don’t want to focus on not being lazy or on not procrastinating. You can’t claim your reward if you continue to cling to what you lack. We want to focus on the positive virtue of being industrious.
And, I am not forgetting about the virtue of kindness. I want to do multiple random acts of kindness each day. People notice this.
I am elated to be a Servant Leader who knows, goes and shows the way, and because of this I am very wealthy for life.
I have come so far already. Today I begin a new life.
It is definitely time to ‘Think and Grow Rich’.

The smile in your picture says it ALL. Peace brother.
You got it man – what a great pic!
Thomas, Liked your blog, and the time to be doing it is now! It’s amazing how much wisdom Ben F. had. And when you look at all our American forefathers, they all were multi-talented, studying in multiple areas. And what a blessing that was in their cross-disciplines! That’s a blessing as well of a mastermind group.
Blessings,
Ron
Thomas…If I only would have known that you were in my neck of the woods! Park City is in my backyard. Think and Grow….ya baby!
You are abundantly industrious Thomas! Love the picture-, two of my adult children just came back from Snowbird! They absolutely loved it out there. Enjoy, Carol
